2. Description of Service
Vendor Booth allows event organizers to create and manage events and allows vendors to apply, manage inventory, and participate in those events.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, product listings, and compliance with local laws, tax obligations, and event guidelines.
5. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for accurate event details, table availability, and the fulfillment of commitments made to participating vendors.
6. Fees & Payments
[If applicable:] We may collect a percentage-based service fee from bookings made on the platform. All fees will be clearly communicated prior to payment.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresent your identity or offerings
- Upload harmful or misleading content
- Interfere with the operation of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability
Vendor Booth is provided “as is.” We make no warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
